We're back! Rock CF is excited to bring you another personalized Mindful Meditation w/ Missi session this coming December 4th at 7:00pm!

There is no prior experience, no special clothing, strict poses, or a yoga mat. Totally free for all attendees. The session is open to the entire CF & non-CF community. Access to Zoom on a laptop or mobile device is needed.

Yoga therapy can help patients learn effective ways to reverse pain and discomfort and self-activate their own sense of comfort, restfulness, strength, and composure through breathing, meditation, and if appropriate, adaptive movement. As a lifestyle component yoga therapy techniques serve people who wish to be involved inter own healing. The techniques we teach and share can be adapted to any patient, and their families.

Rock CF's Bubbles & BowTies is an evening of fun that includes drinks, food, music, raffles, and new this year, karaoke, all to celebrate the milestones in the fight against cystic fibrosis.

100% of all proceeds will go towards the Rock CF Foundation's mission of changing the face of what living with cystic fibrosis looks like and giving those living with CF the tools to not only survive, but thrive.

The 4th Annual Kim’s Water Ski Classic

Kim Montgomery is a longtime friend and supporter of the Rock CF Foundation. Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 1982 when she was 8 years old, Kim is now 49 and thriving. She began water skiing at age 4 and attributes an active lifestyle to keeping her healthy. She is so serious about skiing that she skis from April to October!

This year’s event will be held at Hidden Lake in Clio, MI. This family friendly event will give participants six passes of skiing, wakeboarding, knee boarding, trick skiing, or tubing.  Participants and spectators will receive an event t-shirt, decal, and a pint glass.

Time start: 10:00 AM begins skiing

The Bonnell Foundation and The Rock CF Foundation are hosting a viewing of the much anticipated movie "Five Feet Apart." Join us on Thursday, March 14th at 7:00pm at the Emagine Theater in Royal Oak!

Tickets are $20 which includes popcorn, pop and a chance at raffle prizes! A portion of the proceeds will go towards both foundations. After the movie, there will a short discussion.

We believe that it is best that this viewing be attended by parents, caregivers, providers and loved ones of those with CF due to cross contamination issues.

With the exception of Emily Schaller (Founder of Rock CF), we ask that those with CF do not attend. If a person with CF chooses to attend we will have masks available to wear and make sure you are not sitting next to a person with CF.

Grab a foursome and join us on August 17th at West Shore Country Club on Grosse Ile, MI for our 5th Annual Rock CF Golf Classic!

Festivities begin with check-in at 11:30am, lunch at Noon, and then we roll straight into the scramble at 1:00pm!

The Inaugural Rock CF x Axle Brewing company group run. We are meeting up at Axle Brewing in Ferndale, MI for a few miles and brews!

3 Miles with the group, but feel free to tag a few on to the end. Any pace accepted and encouraged. Bring your friends along for a great time! This is going to be a monthly thing with Axle Brewing company, so show them some love at the group run.
