Hike 2 Breathe with Us for Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month!

Join us for the 4th Annual Rock CF Hike 2 Breathe

Saturday, May 31st, 2025

This year we are excited to announce that we are doing this as an in-person event, with a virtual option!

The in-person hike will be a 4.5 mile route along the Crooked Lake Trail at the Pinckney Recreation Area, MI .

Along with the in-person event, you can hike virtually from wherever you'd like. Your hike can be as basic as a mile walk down the block, a stroll in urban or rural areas, on trails, up mountains, or anywhere that suits and challenges you.  All hikers will be geared up with an awesome Rock CF x Hike event shirt. All virtual participants will be sent out the virtual gear in May so that they have it ready for their adventures.

The in-person hike will start at 10:00am. Lunch will be served after!

All in person hikers will need a recreation passport to enter, or pay the $14 entrance fee.
